This recipe is made by least ingredients and is very simple. These rolls will make your evening snack a delight. It is an excellent starter loved by children and is very yummy and tasty.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Onion chopped (medium size)
2-3 Green Chilly chopped
¼ Cup Sweet Corn
250 Gms Chicken (boiled and shredded with 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste)
1 Capsicum chopped (medium size)
2 Potatoes boiled and grated (Big size)
1 Tsp Chilly Flakes
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
8 Slice of Bread
100ml Milk
1 cup Mozorella Cheese (grated)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Ghee
Crushed Black Pepper
All purpose Flour (Maida)
2 Eggs
Bread crumbs
Oil for Frying
Steps
In a wok, saute onions with butter, add chopped green chilly, sweet corn and fry it for a minute. Add shredded chicken into it and mix it well. Then add capsicum, potato, salt, chilly flakes, oregano and mix it thoroughly on low flame until the mixture softens. After it is done keep it aside to cool.
Break the bread slices into small pieces and place it in a bowl by adding milk. Keep it for sometime till the bread absorbs the milk and becomes soft. Mix it with hands to make a soft dough of bread and milk.
Now add cheese, coriander leaves, chicken mixture, cornflour, ghee, pepper, crushed black pepper to the bread dough and mix it well to make a soft smooth dough.
Then make long/cylindrical rolls from dough of any size and shape you wish. Roll them in maida, dip it in egg and dust it with bread crumbs and deep fry them in hot oil on medium heat until golden in colour.
