Ingredients
1 cup of Boiled Chicken
Half cup Boiled Potatoes
Fresh Coriander
Less than 1 teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Cornflour
Half a teaspoon of Cardamom Powder
2 Green Chillies
Half teaspoon crushed Black Pepper
1 cube Cheese grated (20-25 gms)
Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
1 small size Onion chopped
2 tablespoons of Refined Flour
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 cup Milk
Half teaspoon Chilli Paste
1/4th teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/3rd cup of Fresh Cream
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Chilli Flakes
Steps
Take 200 grams of boneless chicken wash it, boil it by adding a little salt.
Shred the boiled chicken into tiny pieces and preserve the stock.
Take this one cup boiled and shredded chicken in a bowl, add half cup mashed and boiled potatoes, some fresh chopped coriander leaves, less than 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 2 chopped green chillies, take 1 bread, soak in water for 5 minutes and then squeeze all the water with your hands and add this squeezed bread to the chicken mixture.
Then add 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, one cube grated cheese, now mix all these ingredients with the chicken and make a dough.
If you feel that the dough is too soft, then you can add some more corn flour to it.
Now make small balls out of it and shape them like long bullets.
You can make 15 Bullets out of this chicken mixture.
Shallow fry the bullets in oil till golden brown.
When done remove them and put them on a tissue paper.
Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a kadai, then add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute the garlic for half a minute and then add one finely chopped medium size onion.
Cook the onion till soft on medium flame for one minute.
Then add 2 tbsp of refined flour, cook on low flame for 2 minutes, till the flour is properly cooked, keep stirring.
Add 1 cup chicken stock to it and keep stirring well on low flame, so that no lumps are formed of the flour.
Add 1 cup milk, cook on low flame and keep stirring till it comes to a boil.
When the mixture starts thickening, add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/3rd Cup fresh cream and grated cheese mix all these ingredients with the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame and then off the flame.
Now transfer this creamy sauce into a flat dish, then arrange the Chicken Bullets in the sauce, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chili flakes and serve hot with roti, paratha, naan or even rice.
