Steps
Heat 1 tsp oil and one tsp butter in a pan, add 250 grams of boneless chicken cut into small pieces, fry it on high flame for 4-5 minutes keep stirring.
Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp salt and fry it by stirring on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
When the chicken is fried properly with the ginger garlic paste, lower the flame, and add 2 tbsp curd, 1 tsp black pepper powder, some fresh chopped coriander leaves, mix it properly and then turn off the flame and cool it.
Now lets move to the next step, that is to make the batter of paratha.
In a bowl take half cup refined flour, add 1/4th tsp salt,1/4 tsp crushed black pepper, then gradually add half cup of milk and mix it with the help of a whisker to make a smooth batter.
Mix it properly so no lumps are formed in the batter, then add one egg, mix it, and keep aside for 10 minutes to rest.
In a small bowl, take 3 tbsp mayonnaise, (instead of Mayonnaise you can use curd and cream mixture) then add 2 tbsp of chili sauce to mayonnaise and mix it properly and keep aside.
Preheat a pan, spray some oil on the pan, then take a big spoon full of the batter and pour in the hot pan.
Rotate the frying pan to make a round paratha, so that the batter spreads evenly on all sides.
Cook it on high flame, spray some oil on it and then turn it on the other side, when the paratha is done remove it from the pan. Repeat this procedure to make all the parathas from the batter.
Now take each paratha, apply the mayonnaise mixture on the paratha, then arrange the fried pepper chicken on it to make a roll.
Add some sliced onions on the chicken, sprinkle some chat masala, add some drops of lemon juice and roll the paratha in a butter paper.
Serve it hot with ketchup, mint chutney, or any of your favourite dip.
