250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper Powder

2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 pinch baking powder
Less than ¼ tsp Salt
Some chilli flakes and mixed herbs
Water as required

2 tsp Butter
½ tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Cup Milk (250 ml)
½ tsp Chilli Powder
Some Chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs
½ tsp White Pepper Powder
2 Cubes Processed Cheese grated
Some Coriander leaves
Steps
Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with vinegar, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder mentioned above in INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION section for half an hour.
Prepare a batter of corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs mentioned in INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER section, add water as required for a semi thick batter.
Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry them on medium to low flame.
Fry the chicken pieces by turning it twice or thrice as the chicken is raw and till it turns crispy.
In pan heat butter, add all-purpose flour and keep stirring it for 2 mins on low flame.
Start pouring milk gradually by stirring on a high flame till the sauce starts to thicken and when it boils reduces the flame. Then add red chilli powder, mixed herbs, Chilli flakes and white pepper powder. Keep stirring on low flame.
Add the grated cheese and keep stirring well till the cheese melts. Put off the flame. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
Now pour this saucy batter on the fried chicken pieces in the plate and garnish it with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
