Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Croquettes Recipe

2 Tsp Oil

1 Tbsp Butter

1 Onion

1 Cup Capsicum

3 Green Chillies

1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

5 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

3/4th Cup Chicken Stock

1/2 Cup Milk

Salt

1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder

1/2 Tsp Oregano

250gms Boiled & Shredded Chicken

Coriander Leaves

1/2 Cup Cheese

1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder

Bread Crumbs For Coating

1 Egg

Steps for Chicken Cheese Croquettes Recipe

1. Heat Oil and Butter in a pan, add chopped Onion and sauté until translucent.

2. Put chopped Capsicum, Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes.

3. Add All-purpose flour and roast for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add Chicken Stock (250gms Chicken is boil in salt), Milk, Salt, White Pepper Powder and Oregano and mix it well on low flame.

5. Add shredded Chicken and Coriander Leaves. Keep mixing for 3 minutes on low flame.

6. Let the Chicken mixture cool down. Add Cheese and Pepper Powder. Mix everything properly.

7. Grease your palm with oil and make croquettes of the mixture.

8. Dip the croquettes in beaten egg than coat with breadcrumbs. Follow same procedure for all the remaining croquettes.

9. Meanwhile we have kept oil for heating. Fry the Chicken Croquettes on high flame until golden in color.

10. Tasty and Cheesy Chicken Croquettes are ready to serve with Tomato Ketchup.
