Ingredients
1 Tbsp Oil
250 gms Chicken Kheema (Minced chicken)
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2-3 Tbsp White part of Spring Onion (chopped)
1 Cup boiled Noodled
½ Cup Spring Onions chopped (green part)
1 Cup Cabbage (chopped)
1 Carrot grated (medium size)
1 Potato boiled and mashed (big size)
½ Cup Cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp Chilly Flakes
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
2 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
2 Eggs
Bread Crumbs

Steps
• Heat Oil in a pan, add chicken kheema, ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, salt and cook on a low flame with lid for5-6 mins or till done.
• After a few minutes when the kheema is cooked add the spring onion (white part), garam masala powder and fry it till the onion is cooked properly and the water in the pan dries off.
• Let the mixture cool and then add noodles, spring onion (green part), cabbage, carrot, potato, chilly flakes, soya sauce, vineger, crushed black pepper and mix it well.
• Make long or round rolls. Keep the rolls in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour to make it a little hard.
• You can make these rolls and deep freeze it for a month.
• Dust the rolls in bread crumbs, dip it eggs and fry it in hot oil on medium flame until golden in colour.
