Ingredients
• 500g chicken wings (We get around 12 pieces)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (aka Maida)
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp corn flour
• 1 tbsp gram flour
• Cooking Oil
Steps
1. Preparation of marinade: Add the following ingredients in a bowl along with chicken wings: a) Red chili powder b) Soya Sauce c) Ginger Garlic Paste d) Salt e) Pepper powder f) Lemon Juice
2. Leave this mixture aside for 10 minutes.
3. Add oil in a frying pan and start heating the pan.
4. After the marinade is ready, add corn flour, all-purpose flour, gram flour and an egg (Well beaten). Mix it well.
5. Add the chicken wings in a pre-heated frying pan and keep the flame on a low heat setting.
6. Keep checking if the chicken is cooked by poking it with a knife.
7. A brownish coating is formed on the chicken wings implying the wings are cooked well.
