STUFFING
100 gms Boneless Chicken Cubes
5-6 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Lemon Juice
¼ Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Onion & Capsicum (both chopped)
1 Tomato seedless (chopped)
½ Cup Sweet Corn (boiled)
1 Cup Cheese
Fee Slices of Olive (optional)
½ Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
SLURRY
6 Tbsp All-purpose Flour (maida) + 12 Tbsp Water
Mixed Herbs & Chilli flakes (few)
Bread crumbs for coating
Slices of Bread as required (cut the edges)
Oil for frying
Steps
• In a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic, chicken cubes, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt. Cook it on a low flame till the chicken is soft.
• Add lemon juice, capsicum, onions and mix and then add chopped tomato, sweet corn and cook it on high flame by stirring it till the veggies are cooked.
• Off the flame and transfer it in a bowl.
• Add cheese, olives, mixed herbs, chilly flakes, pizza sauce and mix it well. Check the salt at this point.
• Cut the edges of the bread.
• Take one slice of bread and dip the edges in water to make it soft for sticking to other slice.
• Put the stuffing on the slice and cover it with another slice of bread and press the edges to stick to each other.
• Mix maida with water, oregano, herbs, pinch of salt and make slurry.
• Dip the pattice in the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
