It becomes a quick snack when they come back from school. Also a very fulfilling breakfast, easy to make and healthy too. Hope you all try and love it too.

Crispy Jowar Dosa with Chutney
Ingredients
1 and a half cup Jowar flour
Half cup Rice flour
2 tablespoon Semolina
2 cups Water
1 cup Water
1 Carrot grated
1 Onion chopped
Coriander
2 Green Chilli
1 teaspoon Cumin
Curry Leaves
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Fresh Coconut
2 green chillies
1 inch Ginger
2 tablespoon Roasted Chana
Coriander
Piece of Tamarind
Half teaspoon Salt
2-3 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Some Curry Leaves
2 Dried Red Chillies

Steps
In a big bowl take one and a half cup Jawar flour, half cup rice flour, 2 tbsp semolina, add 3 cups of water, mix it with the help of a whisker so that no lumps are formed, then add 1 more cup of water, in total you added 4 cups of water.
Then add 1 carrot grated, 1 onion chopped, some chopped coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, some chopped curry leaves, 1 tsp salt give a good mix, then cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now let us prepare the chutney.
Take 1 cup fresh coconut, 2 green chillies, 1 inch piece Ginger, 2 tbsp roasted Chana, some coriander leaves, small piece of tamarind, half tsp salt, add 2-3 tbsp water and grind into a fine paste.
Now to prepare the tadka for the chutney Heat 2 tbsp oil in a round big spoon, after the oil is heated off the flame, and then add 1 tsp mustard seeds, some curry leaves, 2 dried red chillies then pour this tadka on the chutney and mix it.
Now lets start to make the dosa.
Heat a non stick pan on high flame, when the pan is heated low the flame, brush it with little oil, then mix the batter and take more half cup of the batter and pour on the hot pan from all the sides.
When you see that it is cooked from one side pour 1 tsp of ghee or oil all over the dosa and let it simmer on low to medium flame for 4-6 minutes to get a crispy yummy dosa.
When done roll it and remove it from the pan.
Serve it hot with your homemade chutney.

Tips * You can keep a little batter separate without green chillies for the kids. * A good quality non stick pan or well seasoned cast iron pan is necessary for the dosa to come out perfectly. * If the dosa come out thick and you prefer it that way, you can still make it but cook it both sides. For thin dosa, only one side cooking with suffices. * For crispy and perfect dosa be sure that the pan is completely heated properly.
