1. As a preparatory measure, cut the boneless chicken into thin strips. (you can ensure the thinness of the chicken by putting the chicken pieces in a zip lock bag and then flattening it with a rolling pin)
2. For marinating the chicken, add the following ingredients together in a bowl: curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, eggs and water. Whisk them together until well combined
3. Add in the chicken pieces and set it aside in the fridge for around 4 hours
4. To prepare the chicken coating, take 1 cup of flour in a large bowl. Add in corn flour, coriander powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs and baking powder. Mix all these ingredients well
5. When the chicken is done marinating, take it out of the fridge at leave at room temperature for half an hour
6. Next, we will coat the chicken. Take the chicken pieces one by one and coat it in the prepared coating.
7. Then, we will dip it in the same mixture used for marinating the chicken and repeat the coating with the flour mixture
8. Deep fry in oil for around 8-10 minutes (make sure the flame is not too high) until golden.
