Kadai Chicken (Chicken Karahi Curry) is a delicious Indian chicken curry where chicken is cooked with freshly ground spices. This restaurant-style spicy curry goes well with naan or any other Indian bread.
This is one of the delicious and easiest chicken dishes I have ever made. You can increase or decrease the chilly, peppers according to your taste.
Whatever be the reason behind the name, this kadai chicken is a superbly delicious side dish best served with some Indian breads like butter naan or tandoori roti. I must warn you that kadai chicken is a spicy dish and not for the faint-hearted
Kadai chicken, the flagship dish from Indian cuisine cannot get better than this. Try making this yourself at home and you will forget the restaurant version forever!
Kadai Chicken is one of the popular Non-Vegetarian menu in Indian Restaurants. This Kadai Chicken & Butter Chicken are our constant Non Veg menu order along with Tandoori Roti or Naan. I wanted to recreate this popular restaurant dish at home for long time. This is a curry like side dish in which chicken is cooked in a spicy tomato gravy with capsicum. The capsicum gives unique flavor to this chicken curry. This is a very simple and easy to make chicken curry which is so flavorful and delicious.
Karahi Chicken is a restaurant favourite that can be made so easily at home. A thick gravy and crunchy roasted onion and capsicum make this Indian curry a family favourite.
Not your regular chicken curry, but with almost the same ingredients, we are transforming chicken into a stellar dish today. Karahi Chicken is on the menu at pretty much every restaurant and it always makes the top #5 list of favourites. The flavours of this dish are unbeatable, and work so well when you want chicken curry but different.
There is some work that goes into this dish, and the list of ingredients will feel slightly long. But when you break this down step by step like I have done here for you, you will realize that it is pretty simple actually. And the entire dish takes 45 minutes from start to finish, which is a winner when you want something different.
