Traditionally Dosa is prepared from fermented batter, this instant Dosa recipe that is prepared from rice flour, rava, and regular spices. Without any planning, in just 30 minutes and with simple ingredients, you can have this amazing Dosa with chutney for your lunch, dinner, or breakfast a perfect and easy instant breakfast recipe prepared with rice flour and topped with spices and veggies. It is basically a combination of Neer Dosa and Rava Dosa recipe which carries the same set of ingredients and the way it is prepared. It can be an ideal instant morning breakfast recipe that can also be an ideal alternative to Neer Dosa or Rava Dosa.
Firstly, it is an instant version of dosa, made it with rice flour and add some Rava to give a crispy texture to the Dosa.
Always use non-stick tawa to roast this Dosa till it is crisp. You may use a cast iron dosa pan too, but non-stick is a much better option. Also, roast the Dosa on low to medium heat to get the golden crisp color.

Ingredients
1 and half cup Rice Flour
Half cup Semolina
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 medium chopped Onion
Some chopped Curry Leaves
2-3 chopped Green Chilli
Some chopped Coriander Leaves
4 cups of Water
1 tablespoon Oil
6 to 7 cloves of Garlic
2 dry Kashmiri Red Chillies
2 Dry Spicy Red Chilli
1 tablespoon Roasted Chana
1 small Onion
1 large Tomato
Half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
2 teaspoon Oil
Half teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon Chana Dal
1 teaspoon Urad Dal
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Oil
Steps
In a big bowl take 1 and half cup rice flour, half cup semolina, 1 tap salt, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 medium chopped onion, some chopped curry leaves, 2-3 chopped green chilli, some chopped coriander leaves mix it, then add 4 cups of water gradually and keep mixing with whisker to avoid lumps.
The batter of Rice Flour Dosa should be thin and in runny consistency.
After mixing it thoroughly, cover it and let it rest for some time.
Now lets prepare the special tomato chutney for this Rice Dosa.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add 6-7 cloves of garlic, 2 dry Kashmiri Red Chillies, 2 dry spicy red chilli, stir fry on medium flame for half a minute, then add 1 tbsp roasted chana fry it for half a minute.
Then add 1 roughly chopped small onion, 1 large roughly chopped tomato, half tsp salt, stir fry it on medium flame for 2 minutes, then cover and cook it on low flame till the tomatoes are done for 4-5 minutes.
Keep checking in between when the tomatoes are done and all the water is dried up off the flame and let it cool down.
Then transfer it into a mixture grinder then add 2 tbsp tamarind pulp and grind into a thick paste by adding a little water. Your chutney is ready now lets prepare the Tadka.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add half tsp mustard seeds, when it starts crackling then add one teaspoon chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, roast it on medium flame for 1 minute till the dal changes its colour.
Then add 5-6 curry leaves, 1 dry red chilli stir fry for half a minute, and then add this tadka on the tomato chutney that you have prepared.
Now lets start making the Dosa.
Heat a non stick pan on high flame, when the pan is heated low the flame, brush It with little oil, then mix the batter and take more than half cup of the batter and pour on the hot pan from all the sides.
The flour settles down at the bottom of the bowl. So you have to stir and mix the batter very well every time you make the dosa.
When you see that it is cooked from one side pour 1 tsp of Ghee or oil all over the dosa and let it simmer on high to medium flame for 7-8 minutes till you get a light brown and crispy dosa ready.
Prepare all Rice Dosa this way in batches and remember to serve them hot for the best taste and texture.
Lastly, the crispy rice flour dosa tastes great when served hot with special tomato spicy chutney.

Tips *Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water as required. *Also, the chutney tastes great when prepared spicy. *Additionally, you can also add maida for the batter to help in binding. *This crispy rice flour dosa recipe tastes great when served hot with spicy chutney
