SPICY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
1 Litre Water
150 gms spaghetti
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp oil
2-3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Garlic chopped
150 gms Boneless Chicken (small pieces)
Salt To Taste
� Cup Spring Onion (white part)
2 Green Chillies chopped
1 Carrot long sliced
2 Tbsp Red Capsicum (sliced)
2 Tbsp Green Capsicum (sliced)
2 Tbsp Yellow Capsicum (sliced)
� Cup Cabbage (grated)
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Chilly Sauce
� Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Chicken Cube
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Spring Onion (green part)
Steps
� Boil the spaghetti in 1 litre of water, salt and oil for 5-10 mins.
� Drain it and pour a little cold water on it.
� Heat oil in a kadai, saut� chopped garlic, boneless chicken pieces, salt and cook it on high flame for 2-3 mins.
� Reduce the heat, add white part of spring onion, green chilly chopped and all the sliced veggies and saut� for 2-3 mins
� Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar and chicken cube and stir it well for 2 mins.
� Add tomato ketchup, boiled spaghetti and green spring onion and stir it well and let the sauces infuse into the spaghetti.
� Cook it for 2-3 mins on high flame by stirring it.
