Ingredients
400gms Mutton
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin
Salt to Taste
2 Onions Sliced
3 Bay Leaves
2 Sticks of Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Cup Oil
3 Whole Green Chillis
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Curd
Some Coriander
3 Potatoes
1 Glass of Water
Steps
In a Pressure cooker add Chopped onions, oil, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cardamoms and cloves, Bay leaves, cinnamon, black pepper, salt to taste, cumins, ginger garlic paste.
Add a glass of water and pressure cook on high flame till one whistle then lower the flame cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the mutton in the pressure cooker by mixing it well. Cover the lid and pressure cook till one whistle on high flame then lower the flame and cook till the mutton is tender.
Open the lid and cook on a high flame by continuous stirring it for some time.
Add Potatoes cut into halves, green chillies, Corinander, garam masala powder and curd. Mix well.
Add some water to make gravy according to your taste. Usually it is one glass of water.
Mix well. Cover the lid and pressure cook till two whistles on a high flame. Then put off the flame.
