Ingredients
3 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
3Tbsp Cornflour
1 Chopped Onion
Few Spring Onion Leaves
1/3rd Cup Boiled Green Peas
1/4th Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Green Chilli 4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2Inch Ginger Chopped
Few Coriander Leaves
1/2Tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
1/2Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2Tsp Cumin Powder
2Tsp Lemon Juice
For Slurry
4Tbsp All Purpose Flour
8Tbsp Water
Bread Crumbs
Oil for Frying
Steps
1. Firstly, in a large bowl take 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, Corn flour, Chopped Onion, Few Spring Onion Leaves(Optional), Boiled Green Peas, Bread Crumbs, Green Chillies, Chopped Ginger Garlic, Few Coriander Leaves and Chilli Flakes.
2. Now add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder and Lemon juice.
3. Mix everything well so that all the spices are well combine. Make sure soft dough is formed, add more bread crumbs if the mixture is loose.
4. Grease your hands with little oil and make round shape Kebabs.
5. We can make around 10 -12 kebabs from the mixture. Now keep it in the fridge for 15-20minutes to set properly.
6. For slurry, mix 4Tbsp All Purpose Flour and 8Tbsp Water.
7. Dip the kebabs in slurry and roll them in Bread Crumbs evenly to have a crispy outer coating.
8. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put all the kebabs for fry at medium flame. When one side turns brown, flip and fry the other side.
9. Enjoy Aloo Kebabs with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
