Bread Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients for Bread Ka Halwa Recipe

10 Cashew Nuts

10 Almonds

15 Raisins

6 Bread Slices

3 Tbsp Ghee

3/4th Cup Sugar

Pinch Of Saffron

1 Cup Water

1 Cup Milk

2 Tbsp Ghee

1/2 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Orange Food Color

Steps for Bread Ka Halwa Recipe

1. Cut the Bread Slices into 4 equal parts and Dry Fruits into small pieces.

2. Heat 3 Tbsp Oil, put Bread Slices for fry on medium flame. When one side turns Golden Brown, flip and fry the other side. Off the flame.

3. For Sugar Syrup-In a pan take ¾ th Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Water keep stirring until sugar melts. Add Pinch of Saffron and let it boil.

4. Add fried Bread Slices in the Sugar Syrup and mix it well until sugar syrup is completely absorb by the bread.

5. Add Milk and slightly mash the bread while mixing and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

6. In a pan heat 2Tbsp Ghee and fry Dry Fruits on high flame until crisp and color changes.

7. Pour fried Dry fruits on the bread. Add Green Cardamom Powder and Orange Food Color. Mix it well on low flame.

8. Increase the flame and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until ghee is separated.

9. Garnish it with assorted dry fruits and enjoy delicious Bread ka Halwa.
