Ingredients
150 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch Of Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Cornflour
Salt
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4th Cup Water
1 Egg
Salt
1/4th Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Butter
1 Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Puree Of 1 Tomato
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4th Tsp Cumin Powder
Salt
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 Tsp Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Steps
1. Marinate 150gm Boneless Chicken with 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, Pinch of Garam Masala Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cornflour and Salt. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a blending Jar, add All Purpose Flour, Milk, Water, Egg, Salt, Sugar and melted Butter. Blend everything properly. The batter is neither too thick nor watery. Cover and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a wok, heat 1Tsp Butter. Add marinated Chicken and Lemon. Fry for 5-6 minutes on high flame. Once the Chicken is soft and tender, off the flame. Remove the cooked Chicken in a bowl.
4. In the same wok, heat 2 Tsp Butter. Add Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it for a minute.
5. Add Tomato puree, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt and mix everything well. Let it boil for a minute and later cover the wok with the lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
6. After 7 minutes, oil is separated from the gravy. Add cooked Chicken, Fresh Cream, Ketchup and Dried Fenugreek Leaves. Mix everything properly. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. After 2 minutes, Butter Chicken gravy is ready.
7. Grease the pan with the Oil. Add one full ladle of batter into the pan. Quickly tilt and swirl the pan around so the batter coats the entire bottom of the pan.Let it cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes. The crepe turns golden flip on the other side.
8. Remove the crepes in a plate, add mozzarella Cheese in the centre and Butter chicken. Wrap the crepes in square.
9. In a Pan heat 1 -2 Tsp Oil, place the crepes on the pan. Cover the pan with the lid for 2-3 minutes. Once it turns golden from one side flip on the other side.
10. Delicious and tender Butter Chicken crepes are ready to serve.
