Crispy Chicken Strips

Crispy Chicken Strips are fried chicken strips coated with Panko bread crumbs served as snacks or starters at dinnertime. Best with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice. Super crispy and superfast chicken strips are super flavourfull and juicy from inside, your whole family will love it.

Steps for Crispy Chicken Strips

Wash and cut 250 grams chicken breasts into long strips. Marinate with mixed Herbs, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, Chilli flakes, all purpose flour, oil, corn flour and one egg white and little water to make a sticky paste.

(you can add one whole egg if you use 500 grams chicken) Note: If you wish you can keep this mixture for 30 minutes before frying.

Coat each piece of chicken with panko bread crumbs and deep fry in sufficiently heated oil 3 to 4 strips at a time on low to medium flame. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side till Golden and crispy. (I have used panko bread crumbs for ultimate crispiness.)

Transfer to a paper towel and so hot with any dip of your choice.

Â½ tsp Garlic Powder

Salt to Taste
Â½ tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp all Purpose flour
2 tbsp Corn flour
One Egg White
Â½ Tsp Soya Sauce
250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 tbsp Oil
Some Panko Bread Crumbs
