Ingredients
• 200 gm chicken
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 & ½ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 1 potato
• 2 tbsp cornflour (for slurry)
• Water
Steps
1. Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces and add it into a bowl. Also add in, ginger garlic paste, butter, kashmiri chilli powder, chilli flakes, chaat masala, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar(or lemon juice), all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp cornflour. Mix all these ingredients well with your fingertips.
2. Cover and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for around an hour.
3. Slice the potato into thin slices. Keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add some water into 2 tbsp cornflour to make a slurry. Add in the thinly sliced potatoes.
5. Take a slice of potato and place a piece of the marinated chicken on it. fold the potato slice like a taco around the chicken and insert a toothpick through it to make sure it maintains it shape.
6. For frying, heat some oil in a pan. Lower the flame and fry the chicken potato pieces until golden brown.
7. Drain the fried chicken and potato bits on a paper towel
