2 Eggs
Salt
Chilli Flakes
Mixed Herbs
Ghee

Brown Bread Slices

Steps
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl add some salt, chilli flakes, mixed herbs mix it well.
This egg mixture will be used to dip the bread.
Now take one brown bread slice cut into 2 pieces. You can cut the edges of the bread slice if you want.
Dip each piece of brown bread into this egg mixture for a minute.
Heat a pan add little ghee or butter.
Then fry these soaked bread slices in ghee or butter, cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Then turn after 2 minutes, sprinkle some grated cheese on each slice then cover and cook for 2 more minutes so the bread turns crispy.
Your Cheese Egg Toast is ready.
Off the flame, remove and serve with tomato ketchup.
