Ingredients
2 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp Boiled Corn
3 Tbsp Capsicum
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Green Chilli Chopped
Salt
4 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Cornflour

3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour + 5 Tbsp Water Breadcrumbs For Dusting
Steps
1. Take Boiled & Mashed Potatoes add Boiled Corn, Capsicum, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Mixed Herbs, Green Chilli Chopped, Salt, Breadcrumbs and Corn flour. Mix it properly.
2. If the mixture is wet, you can add more breadcrumbs or cornflour to firm it.
3. Grease your hands with oil. Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palms, add a small piece of cheese in the center and wrap the Kebab into an oval shape.
4. Do the same with the rest of the mixture. Make a slurry of 3 tbsp All purpose flour and 5 tbsp water.
5. Dip the prepared Kebabs into the slurry and shake off the excess than dust into the breadcrumbs.
6. These can be frozen at this stage for a period of 3/4 months in a box lined with butter paper.
7. Fry the Kebabs, heat oil to medium and fry till light brown in color.
