Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Balls

(Makes 12 to 15 Balls)

(My measuring 1 cup = 250ml)

250 gms Boneless Chicken

6 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves

Salt to Taste

½ Tsp Chilli Flakes

¼ Tsp Pepper Powder

½ Tsp Mixed Herbs

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Ghee

3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

1 Tbsp Corn Flour

Salt to Taste

One Egg

Some Bread Crumbs

½ Tsp Chilli Powder

¼ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Mixed Herbs

Some Mozzarella Cheese Cubes

Cooking oil for frying

Steps for Chicken Cheese Balls

Collect the chicken mince in a bowl.

Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, onion powder, ghee (clarified butter). Mix well.

At this point of time we will start heating the oil for frying while we move to the next procedure.

Collect together all purpose flour, corn flour and salt in a bowl.

Collect a fluffy beaten egg in a separate bowl.

In a separate bowl collect breadcrumbs, red chilli powder and mixed herbs.

Grease your palms and make lemon sized balls of the chicken mixture and flatten it on your palm, place a Mozzarella cheese cube right at the centre of it and roll the mixture around it making it into a ball.

Dust them with all purpose flour prepared earlier then dipped them in egg and finally coat them with lots of breadcrumbs.

By now your oil should be perfectly hot. Deep fry them on a low flame so that the cheese completely cooks from inside.

Serve hot with your favourite dip. Mine is tomato ketchup.
