Ingredients
250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Egg
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Cornflour
3/4th Cup Water
2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1/4th Tsp Sugar
Oil For Frying
2 Tbsp Oil
10-12 Garlic
1/2 Inch Ginger Chopped
4 Green Chilli Slits
1 Onion Diced
1 Capsicum Diced
1 Tsp Ketchup
Garnish with Spring Onions
Steps
1. Marinate 250 gms Chicken cubes with Egg, All Purpose Flour, Corn flour, Vinegar, Salt to taste, Ginger Garlic paste and Black Pepper powder. Mix everything well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
2. In a large bowl, take Corn flour, Water, Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, White Pepper Powder, Vinegar and Sugar. Mix all the sauces well.
3. Meanwhile we have kept oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, drop the marinated chicken cubes in it. Fry all the chicken until turn golden in color at medium flame.
4. In a wok heat 2 Tbsp Oil, add chopped Garlic and Ginger. Sauté it for half a minute than add Green Chilli Slit, diced Onion and Capsicum on high flame.
5. Add the mixed sauces in it and keep stirring on high flame until the consistency of gravy turns thick and no lumps are form. Lastly add Ketchup to get the tangy flavour.
6. Add the fried Chicken in the gravy. Mix it well and let it cook for 1 minute.
7. Serve Hot and Spicy Chicken Chilli Dry with Fried Rice and Enjoy the meal!
