Ingredients for Chicken Dana Recipe

For Marinating

250gms Boneless Chicken

1Tbsp Lemon Juice

2Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1Tsp Cumin Powder

1/2Tsp Salt

1/4thTsp Turmeric Powder

1/2Tsp Chaat Masala

1Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

For Frying

1 Egg White

2Tbsp Corn Flour

Oil for frying

Steps for Chicken Dana Recipe

1. Marinate 250gms boneless Chicken cubes with Lemon Juice, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chaat Masala and Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix everything with the hand so that all the spices are well combine. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

2. Later after 1 hour, add Egg white (if the quantity is more than 250gms than take 1 whole egg instead of egg white) and put 2Tbsp Corn flour. Mix well and the consistency needs to be dry, add more corn flour if the mixture is loose.

3. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put all the chicken for deep fry at low flame. Fry the chicken until golden brown in colour.

4. Drain the Chicken Dana on paper napkins to remove the excess oil.

5. Enjoy Crispy, Tangy and Delicious Chicken Dana with Green Mint Chutney as a starter for Lunch or Dinner.
