Ingredients
150 gms Chicken
Some Salt
A Small stick of Cinnamon
2 Cloves
8 Black Pepper Corns
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Oregano
Salt to Taste
½ Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
½ Tsp Mustard Powder
½ Cup Shredded Cabbage
¼ Cup Shredded Carrots
Garnish with Grated Cheese (Processed cheese)
Sprinkle Chilli Flakes
Steps
Boil chicken pieces with cinnamon, cloves, salt, pepper corns, and one cup water till the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken and discard the spices.
Grind mustard in a mixer to a fine powder.
Shred cabbage and carrots separately.
In a mixing bowl mix mayonnaise, chili flakes, oregano, salt, white pepper powder, and sugar and mustard powder. (Note: you can use readymade mustard paste if you want)
Add shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots and mix well. Your Chicken batter is ready.
On a hot dog bun Apply butter and place the chicken batter, along with some lettuce, cheese and chili flakes.
