Chicken Fried Rice is actually a chinese dish but it has been indianised here so that indian people can enjoy chinese cuisine in Indian style.

Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
250 gms rice
Salt to Taste
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Tbsp oil
200 gms Boneless Chicken
½ Tsp Soya Sauce
One Tsp corn flour
Salt to Taste
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
One Tbsp oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
Some spring onion whites
2 Tbsp chopped carrots
2 tbsp capsicum
1 green chilli chopped
½ Tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp vinegar
Some Spring Onions
Add the Scrambled eggs
Steps
1) Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
2) After soaking the rice, Collect them in a cooking vessel, Add 500 ml water in it, salt, juice of ½ lemon. Cook them as your regular rice and keep aside. Let it cool.
3) Cut boneless chicken into fine strips, and marinate with ½ tsp soya sauce, corn flour, salt, ½ tsp pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
4) Heat a broad pan with 1tbsp oil. Add 2 beaten eggs and scramble on low flame. Remove & keep aside.
5) In the same pan, add the marinated chicken and cook till done. Do not overcook or the chicken will turn hard.
