250 gms Boneless Chicken
½ Cup All Purpose Flour
¼ Cup Corn Flour
1 Tbsp Oil
One Egg White
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
Salt to Taste
½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Dried Kashmiri Chillies
1 Tsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Small Onion Sliced
1 Sliced Green Chilli
1 Capsicum Sliced
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Steps
Wash and cut the boneless chicken into thin strips
In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, oil, egg whites, white vinegar, black pepper powder and chicken, Add little water and make a sticky paste.
Deep Fry the chicken marinated chicken pieces on medium flame Once fried remove them on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
Deseed and soak Kashmiri Red chillies in water for 15 minutes then grind them to a paste.
Heat oil in a wide skillet on medium flame
Add chopped garlic and sliced onions, green chillies and sliced capsicum. Toss them on a high flame.
Simmer and add chili paste, soya sauce, Black pepper powder, salt, tomato ketchup and bring the flame to high and toss them properly.
After a couple of minutes, mix corn flour with water and add it to the veggies.
When it is cooked add the fried chicken pieces and spring onion leaves. Mix well so that the chicken pieces are well coated with prepared sauce and immediately turn off the flame.
