Ingredients for Chicken Icecream Recipe

250GMS Chicken Minced

Few Coriander Leaves

1/2Tsp Oregano

1/2Tsp Soya Sauce

1/2Tsp White Pepper Powder

1Tsp Chilli Flakes

1/2Tsp Salt

1/2Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Bread Crumbs of 2-3 Fresh Slice Breads

6 Ice Cream Sticks

For Frying

All Purpose Flour for dusting

1 beaten Egg

Bread Crumbs

Oil for frying

Steps for Chicken Icecream Recipe

1. Marinate 250gms minced Chicken with Few chopped Coriander Leaves, Oregano, Soya Sauce, White Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Ginger Garlic paste and Bread Crumbs of 2-3 Fresh bread Slices. Mix everything well like dough so that all the spices are well combine and cover it with the lid for 30 minutes.

2. After resting time grease your chopping board with oil and press the dough with your palm gently to smooth it out. Now with the help of spatula make it in a form of square. Cut it into Six equal pieces with knife.

3. Take one by one each piece and shape it in the form of icecream with your hand. Now keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set properly.

4. After 30 minutes take Ice Cream Sticks and insert in the dough. Dust the dough with All Purpose Flour, dip in beaten egg and lastly coat with Bread Crumbs.

5. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put all the chicken icecream sticks for fry at low flame. When one side turns brown, flip and fry the other side.

6. Drain the Chicken Icecream Stick on paper napkins to remove the excess oil.

7. Serve Tasty and delicious Chicken Icecream Stick with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
