Ingredients
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
2 Cloves
1 Pc Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamom
750gms Chicken (Marinated with 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt)
3 Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Steps
1. Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a wok. Put Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom and saute it for a minute.
2. Add 750 gms Chicken (Marinated with 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt) and fry it on high flame until they get brown spots.
3. Place big pieces of Tomato and Green Chillies over the Chicken.
4. Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on medium flame.
5. After 5 minutes, the tomatoes are cooked properly as the skin can be easily peeled off. Remove skin of all the tomatoes.
6. Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Pinch of Turmeric Powder and mix everything well.
7. Mash all the tomatoes. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
8. After 6 minutes, Chicken is cooked well. Add Fresh Cream, Chilli Flakes, Garam Masala Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Black Pepper Powder. Mix everything well.
9. Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes the gravy is cooked properly and oil is separated too. The consistency of the gravy is neither too thick nor watery.
10. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and off the flame. Serve tasty Chicken Karahi with Tandoori Naan.
