250 gms Chicken Mince
3 Soaked Bread Slices
1 Onion
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
1 Green Chilli
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
Salt
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
Salt
Bread Crumbs For Coating
Steps
1. Marinate 250gms Chicken mince with Bread Slices (soaked in water for 5 minutes), chopped Onion, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Coriander Seeds, Salt, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chilli Flakes and Lemon Juice. Mix it well and keep it aside for half an hour.
2. In a bowl, take 2 Eggs add Corn flour, Salt and beat it well.
3. Grease your palm with Oil. Take a small portion of marinated mixture and make kebab.
4. Coat all the Kebabs with Breadcrumbs and deep in the Egg. Meanwhile we have heat Oil for frying.
5. Put all the kebabs in the pan and while frying pour 3-4 times Egg on the kebab as shown in the video. Fry until golden in color on low flame.
6. Crispy and Tasty Chicken ke Jali Kababs are ready to serve with Mayonnaise.
