Chicken Malai Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Malai Sandwich Recipe

1-2Tsp Oil

1 Onion Sliced

150gms Boneless Chicken

1/2Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2Tsp Salt

1 Green Chilli Chopped

1 Carrot Chopped

Few Coriander Leaves

1/4thTsp Oregano

2Tbsp Fresh Cream

2Tbsp Hung Curd

1Tsp Red Chilli Sauce

Butter for Greasing

Steps for Chicken Malai Sandwich Recipe

1. Heat a pan, add 1-2Tsp Oil, One sliced onion and sauté it for 1-2 minutes at high flame until the onion turns soft.

2. Put 150gms Boneless chicken (chicken strips), add Ginger Garlic paste, Salt and 1 chopped Green Chilli sauté everything properly at medium flame for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is tender. Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep checking the chicken occasionally so that it does not burn.

3. After the chicken is cooked keep the flame high and dry the chicken completely. Now off the flame and let it cool.

4. In a bowl take cooked chicken, add 1 chopped Carrot, Few chopped Coriander Leaves, Oregano (optional), Fresh Cream, Hung Curd and Red Chilli Sauce. Mix everything well.

5. Place the brown slice bread on the grill pan and spread the chicken mixture on it evenly. Grease the bread with butter and keep the sandwiches for grill.

6. Serve hot and delicious Grilled Chicken Malai Sandwich with Tomato Ketchup.
