Chicken Masala Boti Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Masala Boti Recipe

250 gms Boneless Chicken

1/2 Cup Fried Onions

Salt To Taste

1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Tsp Coriander Powder

2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder

Pinch Of Turmeric Powder

2 Tbsp Curd

3 Tbsp Oil

1 Tsp Chopped Garlic

1 Green Chilli Slit

Coriander & Mint Leaves

Pinch Of Garam Masala Powder

2 Tbsp Water

Few Drops Of Lemon Juice

Steps for Chicken Masala Boti Recipe

1. Marinate 250gms Boneless Chicken with Fried Onions, Salt To Taste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Pinch Of Turmeric Powder and Curd. Keep it aside for 1 hour.

2. Heat 3 Tbsp oil, add chopped Garlic, Green Chilli Slit and marinated Chicken. Fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Put Coriander and Mint leaves in the Chicken. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 8-9 minutes on low flame.

4. Add pinch of Garam Masala Powder, Water and Coriander Leaves. Again cover and cook for 1 minute.

5. Off the flame and add few drops of Lemon Juice.

6. Serve hot and delicious Chicken Masala Boti with butter Tandoori Naan.
