Ingredients
250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Potato
1 Onion
1/4th Cup Chana Dal
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
Salt
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Cup Water
2-3 Green Chillies
1 Onion
Few Coriander Leaves
Few Mint Leaves
1 Egg
Steps
1. Take 250gms Boneless Chicken, diced Potato, chopped Onion, Chana Dal (soaked in water for 1 hour), Dried Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala and Ghee. Mix everything well and let it cook for a minute on high flame.
2. Add ½ cup of Water and cover the pan with the lid. Let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame until all the water has evaporated and chicken is tendered.
3. Remove the cooked Chicken in the bowl and shred it.
4. Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste.
5. Mix the grinded mixture with the Chicken. Add chopped Green Chillies, Onion, Few Coriander and Mint Leaves. Mix everything well.
6. Grease your palm with oil, take small dough of the chicken mixture and start pressing it gently with the palm in a round shape.
7. For frying- Deep the kebab in beaten egg. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated put the Kebab and Deep fry on medium flame heat until it is golden brown from both sides.
8. Serve hot and juicy Chicken Resha Kebab with Tomato ketchup or Mayonnaise.
