Never underestimate the power of great chicken sandwiches! Excellent platter for gatherings, picnics and work lunches. Yes, really.
“It is so soft and just melts in your mouth!“ . Seriously, it is my favorite comfort food of all time. So, why not turn a classic into this creamy grilled chicken and cheese sandwich? The addition of chicken makes it more satisfying, and this unique creamy cheese mixture really makes it feel gourmet. While it is no basic sandwich, it is definitely one you will come back to time and again.
The combination of creamy sauce and cheese makes it a mouthwatering delicious choice for any meal.
The white sandwich bread, standard slice, is best for finger sandwiches. Soft but not sooooo soft that the filling squishes the bread. And of course, the bread of choice is not set in stone so feel free to use whatever bread you want!
A quick chicken sandwich that can be made in 10 minutes with mixed veggies. Spicy chicken chunks and mayo, if you have all the ingredients ready you will just take 10 minutes, to sauté the chicken and prepare it. The simplest way is to make this on a pan or tawa but you can also grill it in a grill pan or sandwich toaster, a griller whatever you have.
This creamy chicken sandwich is surely going to be your kids favourite. You can serve them for breakfast, snacks or lunch box.

1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
150 grams Boneless Chicken
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Green Chilli
1 Onion
1/2 Carrot
3 tablespoon Cabbage
1 small Capsicum
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4th teaspoon Black Pepper powder
2 cube Cheese
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
Bread
Mayonnaise
Butter
Chilli Flakes
Coriander
Steps
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic to it.
We have kept the flame low just sauté the garlic for half a minute. After roasting the garlic, add chicken, we have taken small pieces of chicken around 150 grams of boneless chicken, washed well and dried.
Add around 1/2 a teaspoon of salt on high flame while stirring. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes, after frying reduce the flame and cook till the chicken is soft, cover and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
Small pieces of boneless chicken softens quickly, add 1 chopped green chillies, add 1 medium size finely chopped onion, 1/2 carrot shredded or sliced or cut into small pieces as you like. Add 3 tablespoon cabbage shredded, 1 small Capsicum sliced you can cut all these vegetables into small pieces in a chopper.
On high flame cook all the vegetables for 2 minutes do not soften in too much, let it be crunchy cook for 2 minutes till it is little soft. After cooking for 2 minutes add some spices on low flame . Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder if you eat less spicy then reduce the chilli.
Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce we are using light soya sauce, so we are adding 1 teaspoon. If you are using dark one then add 1/2 teaspoon .
Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a little black pepper powder around 1/4th teaspoon .
After adding the spices cook for 2-3 minutes by stirring and keep the flame on medium. Add 2 cubes of grated cheese, we are using processed cheese if you want you can add Mozzarella cheddar or Cheese slice whichever is available with you.
You can add 2-3 cubes of cheese how much ever you like. Cheese is optional if you want you can skip it.
Adding cheese gives a nice flavour and also binds the mixture to make sandwiches easily.
Cook it on low flame for 2 minutes till the cheese melts, now to balance the flavour in it add 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, give a mix and off the flame.
Let this mixture cool down.
Take 2 slices of white bread you can use whatever bread you like .
Apply mayonnaise on the Bread, you can also apply butter in this place if you want or if you do not want to apply anything do not apply.
Now spread the filling that we have prepared on the 2 Bread slice, you can apply more or less filling as you like.
Fill about 2-3 tablespoon of chicken filling, apply the filling well. Now take 2 more bread slice and apply mayonnaise or butter on them and cover on the 2 slices of chicken filling of a chicken filling. Apply a little butter on the top of the bread.
We are going to toast the sandwiches on the pan, if you like you can grill it in a grill Pan or toaster.
Apply little butter in a hot pan, now put the 2 sandwiches in the hot pan and cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side. Then flip them on other side after 2 minutes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then off the flame .
Sprinkle some cheese on top of the toast side it is optional.
Sprinkle some Chilli flakes and chopped coriander .
Serve after cutting it with any dip, ketchup or chutney.

Points to Remember * Do not increase the quantity of Mayonnaise ,otherwise the sandwich will become Soggy. * Toast the sandwich on low heat it prevents the mayonnaise from being runny. * Toasting the Sandwich adds a little crunch and tastes good.
