Ingredients
150gms Boiled & Shredded Chicken
Few Mint Leaves
Few Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup of Spring Onion Green &Whites
2 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Boiled & Shredded Potatoes
2 Boiled & Shredded Eggs
3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 Tsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Oil
2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
Coating Of Bread Crumbs & Egg
Oil for Frying
Steps
1. In a large bowl take Shredded Chicken (150gms chicken is boiled in ginger garlic paste, sat and shredded. Add Few chopped Mint Leaves, Few chopped Coriander Leaves and chopped Spring Onion Green &Whites, Green Chillies, Salt, Tandoori Masala, Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, 2 Boiled & grated Potatoes, 2 Boiled & Shredded Eggs and Fresh Cream.
2. In a pan take 1Tsp butter and add 1Tsp oil so that the butter does not burn. When the butter melts properly add chopped garlic, sauté it for around 1-2 minutes. When it turns golden in colour pour it over the chicken batter (garlic is the most important ingredient of this recipe as it will enhance the flavour of kebab).
3. Mix everything well and keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
4. Grease your palm with the oil and make a round shape kebab. Now coat the kebabs with breadcrumbs and dip in beaten egg or vice versa.
5. Meanwhile we have kept oil for frying. Once the oil is heated we will put the kebab for shallow fry not deep fry. When one side turns Golden Brown, flip and fry the other side.
6. Serve hot Chicken Tandoori Malai kebab with Green Chutney.
