250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Tikka Masala Powder
3-4 Drops Of Oil
1 Fried Onion
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Curd
1 Tomato
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Oil For Greasing
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Pieces of Cinnamon
2 Cloves
1 Green Cardamom
2-3 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Green Chilly Slits
1 Capsicum
Steps
1. Marinate 250 gms Boneless Chicken with Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice and Tikka Masala Powder.
2. Make a well in the center of the Chicken, by pushing a glass or steel cup in it. Place the hot coal inside the cup. Pour oil on the coal. It will begin to smoke. Immediately cover the bowl with the lid for 5-6 minutes.
3. In a bowl take fried and crushed Onions, add Ginger Garlic Paste, Curd, sliced Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt. Mix everything well.
4. Heat a Grill pan and pour some Oil. Place marinated Chicken Tikka and grill on high flame and then let the chicken cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Flip the Chicken Tikka and follow the same process.
5. For Gravy- Heat 3 Tbsp Oil in a wok, add Cinnamon, Cloves and Green Cardamom.
6. Add Tomato mixture and water in it. Keep stirring the mixture on high flame and let it boil. Later cover and cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Keep checking the mixture so that it does not stick to the bottom.
7. The gravy is cooked properly and oil is separated too. Add Water, Fresh Cream, Garam Masala Powder and grilled Chicken Tikka in the gravy. Mix everything properly.
8. Add Dried Fenugreek Leaves and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
9. Heat 1 Tsp Butter, add chopped Garlic and Green Chillies. Saute it for a minute until it turns golden in color.
10. Add Capsicum and again saute it for half a minute on high flame.
11. Pour the capsicum mixture on the gravy and stir it for a minute and off the flame.
12. Garnish with few chopped Coriander Leaves and Serve hot Chicken Tikka Masala with Butter Naan.
