Chicken Tikka Mayo Sandwich Recipe

A chicken tikka mayonnaise sandwich is a delicious and flavorful sandwich that is packed with Indian-inspired flavors. Starting with tender and juicy chicken that has been marinated in a blend of spices, the chicken is then grilled to perfection. Steps for Chicken Tikka Mayo Sandwich Recipe

1. Marinate 150 gms Boneless Chicken with Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Chicken Tandoori Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and Lemon Juice. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

2. In a pan heat 1 Tsp Oil, add sliced Onion and sliced Capsicum saute it for a minute on high flame and remove it in a plate.

3. In a pan heat 1 Tsp Oil, add marinated Chicken and fry it on high flame for 1-2 minutes. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

4. Once the Chicken is cooked off the flame and break the chicken into small pieces.

5. Add the Chicken into sauteed Onion & Capsicum. Add Spring Onions, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Pepper and Mayo. Mix everything well.

6. Take slices of Brown Bread and apply butter on it. Place Chicken mixture evenly over slice of Bread and cover with another slice. Gently press down.

7. Heat a pan and add butter on it. Place the Sandwich and toast it on both the side until golden brown in color.

8. Serve Chicken Tikka Mayo Sandwich with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
