3. Lower the flame and toss in the chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt. (add slightly lesser amount of salt because the cheese will be salty too). Fry on medium flame for a minute until the chicken changes colour.
4. Cover and cook on low flame for a minute until the chicken turns tender
5. Add in sliced capsicum, carrots and chopped green chillies. Stir on high flame for around a minute.
6. Next, add in the boil corn, chilli flakes and crushed black pepper. Mix on low flame until well combined.
7. Then we will add the mashed potato, grated mozzarella cheese, grated processed cheese and chopped coriander leaves. Stir and mix on low flame for a minute.
8. Add 1-2 tbsp of water to the chicken mixture if required to turn it into a spreadable consistency.
9. To assemble, place the chicken mixture on the darker side of the biscuit and cover them with another piece of the biscuit with the darker side inside.
10. Dip the tit bits in the whisked eggs and coat them with panko bread crumbs on all sides.
11. To fry, heat some oil in a pan. Fry them on low flame until golden on all sides.
