Chocolate Brownie

Make this classic chocolate brownies, desserts with this easy recipe, perfect for everyday baking and occasions.

Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie

â€¢ 200 gms dark chocolate

â€¢ 150 gms butter

â€¢ 250 gms caster sugar (lightly ground in the mixer)

â€¢ 4 eggs

â€¢ 3/4 cup all purpose flour

â€¢ 1/4 cup cocoa powder

â€¢ 1 tsp vanilla essence

â€¢ 1/2 cup walnuts and almonds

Steps for Chocolate Brownie

1. In a vessel, heat some water. Over it, double boil 200gms of dark chocolate in a glass bowl. Stir around till the chocolate melts.

2. When the chocolate is melted, add in 50 gms of butter. Set aside to cool.

3. In a separate bowl, add 100 gms of butter. Add in caster sugar and beat well.

4. Next, crack in 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat in between adding each egg.

5. Pour in the prepared chocolate sauce gradually and keep blending as you add.

6. Sift the flour and the cocoa powder. Add both into the mixture and fold them in.

7. Finally add in vanilla essence and half a cup of walnuts and almonds.

8. Preheat the oven. Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with butter and spread butter paper in it. Pour in prepared brownie batter.

9. Bake at 200â„ƒ for 40-45 mins

10. Drizzle chocolate sauce over a plate and serve the brownies over it.
