Coconut Ladoo also known as Nariyal Nakru. Indian festivals are incomplete without sweets. Try out this Instant and quick Coconut Ladoo recipe. One of the traditional Indian sweet adored by everyone.

Ingredients for Coconut Ladoo Recipe

1/2 Tsp Ghee

1 Cup Desiccated Coconut

1/2 Cup Milkmaid

1/2 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Steps for Coconut Ladoo Recipe

1. Heat 1/2 Tsp Ghee in a pan add Desiccated Coconut and roast for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

2. Add Milkmaid to the coconut. Roast it for a while till the mixture is soft (Do not overcook it will make the mixture hard).

3. Off the flame when the mixture begins to leave the side of the pan.

4. Add Green Cardamom Powder and remove it in a large bowl to slightly cool down.

5. Make a round shape balls and coat it with a desiccated coconut.

6. Serve it as a desert to your guest for lunch or store in a airtight container for a week.
