We know these are tumultuous times and we all are locked up in our house due to the pandemic. To lighten the mood and also treat yourself with some dessert, we’re presenting to you with a very simple cake recipe. It has minimal ingredients and is super easy to make.

Ingredients
• 15-20 Oreo Biscuits
• 600 ML Milk
• 3 Tbsp Sugar
• 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
• 1-2 Drops Vanilla Essence
• 2 Dairy Milk 24gms each
• 1-2 Tbsp Milk
Steps
• Take 3 packets of oreo biscuits, about 15-20 of them and grind these biscuits into a fine powder. • Add melted butter to the biscuit powder and mix properly. • Take a dish or any vessel you will set the cold cake into. • Remove the biscuit and butter mixture in the dish and set it into a layer. • Press it gently to set and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. • In a pot, take milk, add sugar and corn flour powder. Mix using a whisk so that there are no lumps in the mixture. • Heat the pot on high flame and keep stirring with whisk for 3-4 minutes. • The thickness of mixture should be such that, when you dip and remove a spoon from the mixture, the milk shouldn’t fall. It should stick to the spoon. • Add vanilla essence (optional). You can also add 2 tbsp fresh cream if you want. • After adding vanilla essence, give it a stir once. • Remove the dish from the freezer, it should be set firmly. • Pour half of the cornflour mixture on the biscuit layer. Let it cool down and freeze for 10 minutes. • Add 2 dairy milk chocolates (about 24gms each) in the leftover cornflour mixture. • Note – if you have coco powder, you can skip adding dairy milk and add 2 tbsp of coco powder. • Set it on low flame and add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Mix well. • Check the consistency, if you feel it is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of more milk. • Remove the dish from freezer and pour the chocolate mixture over it. • All three layers have sweetness in them to balance the sweet taste. • To decorate the cold cake, make design from whipped cream. You can decorate in any way you like, grate with chocolate, garnish with dry fruits or choco chips. Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
