Parle-G Biscuit Mug Cake

Parle-G is present in almost every Indian kitchen. What if we tell you that you can make a cake out of it in 5 minutes? This recipe is best for kids, sudden cravings for chocolate cake and when you have guest at home uninvited. Serve with morning tea or coffee!

Ingredients for Parle-G Biscuit Mug Cake

• 1 Pack Parle G Biscuit

• 2 Tbsp coco Powder

• 1 Tbsp castor sugar

• 100 ml Milk

• ¼ Tsp Vanilla Essence

• ½ Tsp Fruit

• Salt

• Pcs of walnut

Steps for Parle-G Biscuit Mug Cake

• In a bowl, empty 1 pack of Parle G biscuits, about 13 of them (65 gms). • Grind the biscuits into a fine powder. Add coco powder, castor sugar and milk. Mix everything properly. • The consistency of batter should be ribbon-like. • Add vanilla essence and fruit salt (ENO). If you’re using baking soda, take only ¼ tsp fruit salt. Mix everything properly. • Pour the batter into 2 mugs (small-sized). Do not fill up till the brim, a little more than the half as the batter will rise. • Sprinkle some finely chopped piece of walnut on the top. You can also sprinkle choco chips. • Place the mug in microwave for 2 minutes. • Poke a skewer and check if the cake is done. The skewer should come out clean and un-sticky.
