Ingredients
4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp Cornflour
Salt
2 Tbsp Riceflour
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
4 Tbsp Boiled Corn
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Onion
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Salt
2 Tbsp Spring Onion
Coriander & Mint Leaves
2 Green Chillies
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Steps
1. In a bowl, take 4 boiled & smashed Potatoes add Corn flour, Salt, Rice flour and Black Pepper Powder. Mix everything well.
2. Take 4Tbsp Boiled Corns, add Mozzarella Cheese, chopped Onion, Oregano, Salt, Spring Onion, Coriander & Mint Leaves, Green Chillies and Chilli Flakes. Mix it well.
3. Grease your palm with Oil and take small portion of Potatoes. Flatten into a small patty about 1/2-inch thick on the palm itself.
4. Put the corn filling in the centre and pull the sides of the potato together to form Patties.
5. Coat the patties with breadcrumbs. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium-low heat. When hot, add some of the patties to the pan, Fry until a golden crust forms.
6. Crispy and tasty Corn Cheese Stuffed Patties are ready to serve.
