1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
1 Onion chopped
1 Green Chilli chopped

Half cup Milk

2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 Dried Red Chilli
1 Onion
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Green Chilli
1 small Tomato
1 teaspoon Salt
2 small Potatoes
1/4th cup Green Peas
Half teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
150 grams Rice
Little Salt
Fresh Coriander
1 tablespoon Curd
1 pinch Garam Masala
Steps
CREAMY MACARONI : Boil half cup macaroni by adding a little salt and 1 tsp oil.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, Sauté it for 10 seconds, then add 1 chopped green chili, half chopped capsicum, stir fry it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Then add little more than half cup of milk, keep the flame low, add half tsp salt, some black pepper crushed, little mixed herbs, some chilli flakes according to your kids choice of spice and mix it well let it come to a boil then add one cube grated processed cheese.
Mix it well on high flame keep stirring for 2-3 minutes till the mixture thickens, then scatter the boiled macaroni in this milk mixture, stir it well, so that the macaroni is well coated by the milk sauce.
Stir for 2 minutes till the milky creamy sauce is absorbed by the macaroni.
Then off the flame and serve hot.
Tips *You can use wheat pasta as they are much healthier. *You can add veggies of your choice.
ALOO MATAR PULAV : Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pot. Add 1 Tsp cumin, 1 dry red chilli, and sauté for 10 seconds; add 1 sliced onion, 1 green chilli chopped fry onions till light golden.
Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, stir fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add one sliced tomato, 1 tsp salt fry it for a minute, then add 2 small size potatoes cut into small pieces, 1/3rd cup green peas mix it, then add half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, stir fry them for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Then add 2 tbsp of water cover it and cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes till potatoes are 50% soft.
Then add 1 cup water when it starts boiling add 150 grams soaked and washed basmati rice, a little salt mix it well.
Let it come to a boil on high flame, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves, add 1 tbsp curd 1 pinch garam masala powder and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes then cover and keep on dum cooking for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
Your Aloo Matar Pulao is ready to serve.
Serve it with raita and salad.
