Ingredients
Half cup Yellow Moong Dal
1 Green Chili
3 Garlic Buds
3 tablespoon Semolina
1/4th teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon grated Carrot
3 tablespoon grated Cabbage
3 tablespoon Capsicum
Fresh Mint Leaves
Bread Slices
1 teaspoon Clarified Butter
Pizza Sauce
Mixed herbs

Steps
Wash and Soak half cup yellow moong dal in water for 3 to 4 hours.
After 4 hours, drain the water add 1 green chili, 3 garlic buds, 3 tbsp semolina, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, half teaspoon salt, grind all these ingredients with the dal by gradually adding 100 ml of water into a fine batter.
Remove the batter in a bowl, and then mix it well with a spoon, till the batter becomes smooth. This batter should be semi thick. Cover the batter and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Keep 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3 tbsp grated cabbage, 3 tbsp chopped capsicum any two color, chopped Fresh Mint leaves.
Take 1 Bread slice, cut each slice into four triangle pieces, do not cut the edges of the bread slice.
Heat 1 tsp clarified butter in a pan. Add all the chopped veggies to the moong dal batter and mix well.
Dip each triangle bread piece in this dal batter, put them in the pan cover and cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes so that the moong dal coated on the bread is properly cooked, fry till golden in color and crispy.
Turn the bread triangles to cook on the other side add some clarified butter to the pan, apply some pizza sauce on each triangle, add some grated cheese on top, garnish with Mixed herbs, then cover and cook on low flame till 4 to 5 minutes till the cheese melts.
When done off the flame serve it with tomato ketchup.
