Ingredients
1 Egg White
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
1 Tbsp Oil
Water As Required

Steps
1. Marinate 500gms Lollipop with Egg White, Soya Sauce, Garlic Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour and Oil. Mix it well while adding water as required. Cover and Keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
2. Dust all the marinated Chicken Lollipop in the breadcrumbs.
3. Meanwhile we have heat oil for frying. Fry all the Chicken Lollipop for 5-7 minutes on medium flame until crispy and golden in color.
4. Serve tasty and Crispy Chicken Lollipop with Mayonnaise dip.
