Ingredients
2 Tsp Oil
2 Tsp Chopped Ginger & Garlic
1 Onion
1 Carrot Chopped
2 Green Chillies
1 Capsicum
2 Tbsp Corn
Salt
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
200gms Paneer
Coriander Leaves
Few Spring Onions
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Of Garam Masala Powder
3 Left Over Chapattis
1/2 Cup Water + 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
Bread Crumbs For Coating
Oil For Frying
Steps
1. In a wok, heat 2 Tsp Oil add chopped Ginger, Garlic and Onion. Sauté until onion is translucent about a minute.
2. Add chopped Carrot, Green Chillies, Capsicum, boiled Corn, Salt and Red Chilli Powder. Sauté it for around 1-2 minutes.
3. Put 200gms Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Few Spring Onions, Lemon Juice And Pinch Of Garam Masala Powder. Mix and cook everything on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
4. Take Chapattis and put the Paneer mixture evenly on the Chapattis. Roll and cut into 3 equal parts.
5. Make slurry of 1/2 Cup Water + 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour. Deep the Paneer Roll in the slurry and coat with Bread crumbs.
6. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium-low heat. When hot, add some of the Roll and Fry until a golden crust forms.
7. Crispy Paneer Rolls are ready to serve for evening snacks.
