Dahi Lehsuni Tikkas are Chicken tikkas with the difference that they are marinated with a lot of curd, grilled and served with garlic sauce.

Ingredients
1/2 hung curd
Juice of 1 lemon
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
500 gms boneless chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 Green Chilli chopped
Cheese 1/4th cup
Coriander leaves
Steps
Marination process Cut the boneless chicken into 1 inch cubes and marinate with hung curd, lemon juice, chat masala, roasted and ground cumin seeds, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. (at least marinade for minimum 2 hours)
Making of sauce Heat butter, add finely chopped garlic. Saute on low flame till the raw smell disappears. Then add fresh cream, when it starts bubbling add Mixed Herbs, black pepper powder, salt, finely chopped green chillies. Cook everything on low flame for a minute and add processed cheese and chopped coriander leaves, stir and put off the flame.
Roasting the tikkas Add 2 tablespoons olive oil in the marinated chicken and mount them on skewers. Grease a non stick Pan and roast them on a medium to low flame till they turn golden.
Serving the tikkas Remove the tikkas gently from the skewers and place them on a serving plate. Top it with Lehsuni Cheese Sauce and serve hot.
