250gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
Salt
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3-4 Tbsp Oil
3 Onions
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tsp Cumin
8-10 Black Pepper Corns
1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
3-4 Tbsp Water
1 Green Chilli
Ginger Juliennes
Coriander Leaves
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder

Steps
1. Marinate 250gms Chicken with Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Curd and Ginger Garlic Paste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat 3-4 Tbsp Oil, put chopped Onions and sauté it until golden brown in color.
3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped Tomato and cover with the lid. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
4. In a small pan, put Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Black Pepper Corns and roast it for 1-2 minutes. Off the flame and add Dried Fenugreek Leaves.
5. Grind the spices coarsely. Tomato mixture is cooked properly. Now add marinated Chicken and fry it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
6. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
7. Add 3-4 Tbsp Water and increase the flame. Let it boil on high flame.
8. Lower the flame, add grinded Spices, Green Chilli, Ginger Juliennes, Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala Powder and mix it well.
9. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
10. Toast the Bread in butter and serve with Dhaba Style Chicken Bhuna.
