4 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Pc Cinnamon
4 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
2 Onions
3 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
Small Pc Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
4-5 Almonds
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
10-12 Black Peppercorns
500gms Mutton
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
2 Tomatoes Chopped
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
4 Tbsp Curd
Coriander Leaves

12 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

Steps
1. Heat 4 Tbsp Oil in a pressure cooker pan, add Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom and Cloves. After a minutes add chopped Onions and Green Chillies. Saute it for 1-2 minutes until golden in color.
2. Take Coriander Seeds, Small Pc Nutmeg, Cumin, Poppy Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Almonds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Black Peppercorns. Roast all the spice and grind in a powder form.
3. Add 500 gms Mutton after Onion turns golden in color. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and fry on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add chopped Tomatoes and Turmeric Powder. Cover it with the pressure cooker lid and let it Cook on high flame for 1 whistle than lower the flame and cook for 7-8 minutes.
5. After 8 minutes, Mutton is cooked properly. Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Curd, Coriander Leaves and grinded spices. Mix everything well and let it cook on high flame for 3- 4 minutes.
6. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Add Water, Garam Masala Powder and Ginger Juliennes.
7. Again, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Serve Dhaba Style Mutton Curry with Parathas and sliced Onions.
